Departure workflows, access shutdowns, and lead transfers.

This workspace keeps departure work separate from onboarding so access removal, transfers, and branch-specific shutdowns can be reviewed without onboarding noise.

Offboarding intake and branch logic

Keep departure profiles explicit so the wrong shutdown path does not get launched.

Common tasks

  1. Tag keeper leads, export them, and deliver them to the departing agent
  2. Disable FUB, SiSu, and RealScout access before final removal
  3. Tag and reassign former agent leads to Weinstein Realty Group
  4. Reassign or port the FUB phone number
  5. Remove the agent from workspace groups, calendar events, Slack, and core tools

Branch-specific tasks

  1. Full Team Members Only: archive the Google Workspace account, disable Calendly, remove Jotform and buyer-system access
  2. Flex Team Members Only: remove the agent from Zillow team members and flexteam@wrealtors.com
Standard offboarding sequence
  1. Capture departure date and reason
  2. Revoke email, CRM, MLS, and internal tool access
  3. Transfer leads, listings, and file ownership
  4. Notify payroll, operations, and leadership
  5. Archive records and close the request
